Follow a stay

From the deposit to the last invoice, without opening a spreadsheet.

A Croatian rental takes a deposit months ahead and the balance near arrival. That means an advance invoice first and a final invoice later, and most booking tools leave both to you.

  • Deposit taken

    The guest pays the deposit by card, and the dates close on every channel. Advance invoice, fiscalised.

  • Balance due

    A balance reminder goes to the guest on the schedule you set, with a link to pay. You don't write it. Payment recorded.

  • Details sent

    Directions, check-in time and your house notes go out from the booking. Message sent.

  • Books closed

    The final invoice is issued against the advance, so the stay balances to zero. Final invoice, fiscalised.

Last August's family is yours to invite back.

A booking site keeps the guest list. Here, every guest who books direct is saved as a contact, with your own notes, the room they liked and the week they came. Next spring, they hear from you first.
