Every receipt fiscalised the moment it is issued.
Guest receipts are signed and reported to the Porezna uprava automatically. Business and public-sector invoices go out as eRačun through a registered access point. This is the part generic website builders can't do for a Croatian business, and the part that keeps you compliant when the rules change.
